Terms version 1 · 2026-09-30
Who this is between
This agreement is between you (the affiliate) and Get Audit Radar LLC (“AuditRadar”, “we”). By applying you accept it. We may change it for the future by posting a new version here; a lower commission rate applies 30 days after we email you, and commission already earned keeps its rate.
What you earn
25% (or the rate we agree with you in writing) of the money AuditRadar keeps, before sales tax, from each new customer credited to you: every payment inside 12 months of their first payment, up to 12 monthly Pro or Firm payments, 4 quarterly Territory Watch payments, or 1 Territory Report. A new customer is one who had never paid AuditRadar before. A customer is credited to one affiliate only; a customer referral credit is not added on top.
How a customer is credited to you
The referral code you gave them typed at checkout; else your link (/go/your-code, or ?via=your-code on any page) clicked within 60 days before the purchase in the browser they buy from; else your link followed in a browser where they then signed in to AuditRadar by email, within 90 days. The last affiliate link clicked wins. Tracking uses one first-party cookie and does not work across devices or when cookies are blocked. Our records decide; we will show you the evidence for any customer you ask about, without naming them.
Refunds, disputes and holds
Commission is held 60 days (120 for a sale our checks flag) after the payment. A refund takes back the refunded share; a dispute holds the commission until it ends and takes it back if lost. Anything taken back after it was paid comes off your next payout.
Payment
We pay by PayPal once a month, on or after the 5th, when at least $50 is payable and we have your PayPal email and your tax form (W-9 in the US, W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E elsewhere). We pay PayPal's fee. A change of payout email waits 7 days. You are responsible for your own taxes.
How you may promote AuditRadar
Every post, page, email, video or message that carries your link or code says, next to it and in plain words, that it is a paid link (for example “Paid link — I earn a commission if you buy”), as the US Federal Trade Commission requires. Describe AuditRadar only as it describes itself: data built from public Federal Audit Clearinghouse and IRS filings, showing what was filed, not which firm audits an organization today, not a client list, and not an offer of any engagement.
What is not allowed
Spam, bought or scraped email lists, or email without the recipient’s permission; bidding on “AuditRadar” or “getauditradar” (or misspellings) in search ads; paid, incentivised or fake reviews; posting your code on coupon or deal sites; buying through your own link or code, or having someone buy for you; forcing or hiding clicks (pop-ups, frames, hidden links); using our name or logo as if you were us.
Ending
Either side may end this at any time. We may suspend or close your account for breaking these terms; if we close it for fraud or for what this section forbids, commission not yet paid is cancelled. Otherwise commission earned before the end is paid as usual.
Privacy
We keep your name, email, PayPal email, tax form (your tax number encrypted, with its last 4 digits readable) and the clicks on your links (with shortened, hashed IP addresses kept 90 days). You never see who a customer is; we never share your data except with PayPal to pay you and with tax authorities where the law requires.
