Terms of Service

These terms cover AuditRadar reports and subscriptions. Using the service means you accept them.

The service

AuditRadar provides sales-prioritization information built from public data. It is not legal, audit, procurement or investment advice, and it never states that any organization intends to change providers.

Accuracy

Every row shows its source and its date. Verify on the source before acting. Report corrections to support@getauditradar.com.

Plans and billing

Territory Report is a one-time purchase. Territory Watch is billed three months at a time at $447 prepaid; monthly billing is not sold. Pro and Firm are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe, or by Lemon Squeezy for purchases made through it (Lemon Squeezy then acts as merchant of record); the provider emails your receipts, and applicable US sales tax is added at checkout. Billing details and cancellation are under Manage billing (the Stripe Customer Portal or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal). The report carries a 7-day refund if it is not useful. Subscriptions cancel anytime and access runs to the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

One firm per account, with the seats included in your plan. No resale or redistribution of exports. No scraping of the service.

Availability

Best effort. The data refresh cadence is described on the method page.

Liability

Liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

Governing law

Governing law is the law of the state named by the operator at launch.
