Where does the data come from?
Public Federal Audit Clearinghouse filings and publicly posted solicitations. Every row links to the FAC report or to the issuer's own page, so you can check it yourself.
How fresh is it?
FAC data is refreshed weekly: once a week we pull the Federal Audit Clearinghouse's complete public file again. The "Data as of" date on a page is the newest filing accepted in that file, so it runs a few days behind fac.gov by design. RFPs are checked against the issuer's own page on every crawl, at least weekly, before they are listed, and every row shows the date it was last checked.
Why is Territory Watch billed quarterly and Pro monthly?
Territory Watch is billed quarterly ($447 for three months, $149 per month) because monitoring a territory is a quarterly habit; Pro is monthly because an active pursuit list changes weekly.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Moving up starts the new plan today: Stripe charges the difference for the rest of your current billing period and your renewal date stays the same (from quarterly Territory Watch to a monthly plan, monthly billing starts today, less the unused part of Territory Watch). Moving down takes effect at your next renewal; you keep your current plan and states until then. Cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Do you have contact emails?
Yes, where a public filing carries one. AuditRadar shows the contacts that public filings already carry, never a list for sale. On Territory Watch, Pro and Firm, an organization page shows the auditee contact as filed in the Federal Audit Clearinghouse (FAC) report it cites (contact title, phone, email, and the certifying official’s name and title), whether that email and phone were found on the organization’s own website and when we looked, and the officers listed on its IRS Form 990 (names and titles). The Territory Report files and the signed-in CSV export carry the auditee contact as filed in the FAC report (title, phone, email) on each account row. An open RFP shows the contact its issuer prints on the RFP page. A filed contact is shown as filed: we do not correct or update it, and we do not sell contact lists. Public pages, samples, previews, the weekly digest and free accounts show no contact.
Which states?
Reports: all 50 states and DC. Subscriptions: your state plus the two neighbouring states with the most nonprofit single audits, which is one territory bundle. Pro covers two bundles.
Refunds?
If the Territory Report is not useful, email us within 7 days of delivery and we refund it in full, no questions asked. Subscriptions cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Why pay when FAC data is public?
The Federal Audit Clearinghouse publishes every single audit. It does not tell you which accounts in your territory changed auditor, entered single audit for the first time, crossed the federal threshold or picked up a new finding — that comparison is manual, filing by filing, year against year. AuditRadar does not replace professional judgment. It organizes public evidence so your team can review it faster.
What exactly is in the Territory Report?
One state, ranked by public-record change: up to 300 accounts, the signal behind each one, the most recently observed auditor, federal expenditure context, the incumbent landscape, verified open RFPs when an issuer has published one, and a link to the filing behind every supported row. It arrives as XLSX, CSV, PDF and HTML, plus a data dictionary that defines every column, and for 30 days after you pay your download link serves the newest weekly build.
Does an auditor change mean the nonprofit wants a new auditor?
No. An auditor change means the most recently observed filing names a different primary auditor than the prior comparable filing. It does not mean the organization is currently seeking another auditor or is running a procurement. AuditRadar shows observable public-record changes and the source behind them; your firm decides which accounts are worth pursuing.
What happens immediately after purchase?
You pick your state and pay on Stripe’s own checkout, so this site never sees the card. Your download link is on the confirmation page as soon as the payment settles, and it arrives by email. The file is your state’s latest weekly build from the Clearinghouse extract.
What is AuditRadar not?
It is not a list of organizations that want a new auditor, not a prediction of who will change auditor, not a lead list with purchase intent, not a replacement for professional judgment, and not a source of private or non-public information.
