Who can submit?
Any organization with a solicitation published on its own website or document store. There is no issuer-type rule in the code: a nonprofit, a government body, a school district or a university is accepted on the same terms, because the check is on the page, not on who you are.
What AuditRadar publishes
Only the public columns of the listing: the issuer name, the source URL or document, the category and services requested, the issue date, the deadline exactly as the page states it, the contact the issuer itself prints on that page, the state, and the date it was last checked. Nothing you send by email is published, and no contact is published that the issuer has not already put on the page.
How a submission is verified
Automatically, and by nobody. The page you link is fetched; it must be on the issuer’s own site; the deadline sentence must be quotable from it; and the category is classified by published rules. A listing that fails any of those stays unpublished, and it is re-checked against the same page on the published cadence. No person reviews, approves or promotes a submission.
