A change observed in public filings. 64,761 organizations have at least one observed signal as of 2026-09-24; a segment groups them under 5 triggers.

What can a segment filter on?
States, entity type, NTEE major group, revenue from the latest Form 990 or the IRS Business Master File, federal expenditures from the latest FAC report, and triggers. A blank value never passes a minimum or maximum.
